Child’s Dream Association is incorporated in Switzerland as a charitable society under Swiss law (ZGB, article 60ff). Child's Dream Association is tax-exempt by the tax authorities of the Canton Zurich (Steueramt des Kanton Zürich), all other Swiss Cantons as well as the federal tax authorities. Our registered address in Switzerland can be seen in the box on the right side.
Furthermore, Child's Dream Foundation is incorporated as a charitable foundation under Royal Thai law. Contact details can be found under 'Visit'.
Both legal entities represent Child's Dream and are only set up in order to comply with the law of the respective countries.
More legal entities are to be setup in the future to cater for donors who wish to receive tax relief.
