Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-depth research to understand Child’s Dream partners, their needs, and challenges.
  2. Dissemination of in-depth research findings and best practices related to partnership interventions.
  3. Gather insights from internal teams to identify opportunities for enhancing support to partner organizations.
  4. Produce a comprehensive report on the sustainability landscape, highlighting challenges and opportunities for organizational development in the context of Child’s Dream partners.
  5. Work closely with key stakeholders to develop guidelines, capacity-building options, and tool templates that align with the needs of partner organizations.
  6. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build the capacity of project teams in implementing organizational development initiatives.
  7. Develop a simple partnership database to track and monitor the progress of organizational development initiatives. Ensure the database is user-friendly, accessible, and capable of providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications / Profile

  1. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree programme.
  2. Have strong research and analytical skills.
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  4. Interest in organizational development, education fields, and sustainable partnerships.

    8:00-17:00 (1 hr lunch break)
    8:30-17:30 (1 hr lunch break)
    9:00-18:00 (1 hr lunch break)
  4. We can arrange a project visit within the period of your volunteer assignment (usually at the end) depending on the timing and availability of our field staff

1. Will I get paid for my internship work?

We do not provide board and lodging or compensation. Interns need to provide themselves with accommodation, transportation, food, etc.

2. How much time do I need to intern?

For this internship position, we require a minimum stay of three months. This is due to the complexity of our work and the training required with our databases.

There is a 5 work-day leave per three-month period.

3. What can I expect?

This internship position is 100% office-based, with no interaction with children.
