Bop Htaw Education Empowerment Program (BHEEP) addresses the lack of opportunity for higher education, lack of skills and capacity as well as low quality of basic education by providing an intensive academic program for Post-High School students. The program focuses on teaching, critical thinking, basics to advanced English language, and leadership skills. After graduating from BHEEP most students are placed in schools to work as full time teachers.
