Phaung Daw Oo’s Pre-College Program (PCP) is a post-secondary curriculum directed towards gifted students with leadership abilities.

It further provides education to enable them to develop into engaged community leaders who will be able to contribute to Myanmar’s democratic development and its community institutions.

The program is also designed to help connect graduates to educational opportunities at foreign universities, given that the current capacity of local universities remains somewhat limited and highly regulated.
